An Overview Of Our Return Policy
Returns
We offer free 30 day money back returns (ontop of your rights under The Australian Consumer Law) as long as the stamp is sent registered post (for proof of send and delivery) and is in original sent condition with no additional damages to stamp.
We will then inspect the stamp (on arrival) and email you at the earliest convenience to discuss further and make refund arrangements (reply may take up to 4 business days not including local Public Holidays)
If the stamp you're returning isn't in the same condition as received, or if it is damaged in transit, we may only give you a partial refund (case by case basis).
Change of mind / Exchanges
Change of mind or Exchanges are a case by case basis (as such there is no guarantee you will get a refund, exchange or free return postage)
Returns after 30 days
If you want to return an stamp (for reasons not covered under The Australian Consumer Law) after the 30 day return policy contact us and we can see what can be done
After 30 days there is no guarantee that you will get a return or free return postage (Case by case basis)
None of the above waiver your rights under The Australian Consumer Law.
